WILL CBS RE-GROW BANDED APPENDAGE?

Postby no1bubba » 24 Jun 2009, 11:21

Coral banded shrimp found with one banded appendage missing and all of the antenni have been nipped, some pretty close. This is a new addition to the tank and I think that I have a tomato clown going on a rampage and nipping everything. Thanks for the help, Bubba

No worries bubba, he will grow it all back! Once the shrimp finds himself a home, the clown shouldn't bother him anymore.

The faster he molts, the faster it will grow back, I would guess, about 15 days after he lost the appendage, it should be back.
