I ordered from BlueZooAquatics.com. I ordered snails, a shrimp and a lawnmower blenny... there was a delay with shipping, ended up taking 2 days... everyone but the shrimp made it... the blenny is still alive and kicking. and fedex ended up picking up shipping charges and the price of the shrimp since it died due to their delay.

Drs F&S is always a good choice for ordereing online.

I can vouch for Drs. Foster and Smith. I've ordered fish and corals from them and they all came in great shape short of a apple cap coral but they replaced it for me, no questions asked. In fact, I had a similar situation where Fedex had damaged some equipment I ordered and Drs. Foster and Smith sent my order again and took care of the issue with Fedex for me so it didn't cost me a penny more.

ah yes fed ex. i had ordered a $200 light set from drfostersmith. shiped i think from new jersey. btw i live in new york. 1 week later it was in Austin Texas, nvr to be heard from again.. It is now a year later. it doesnt call, it doesnt write :-|.... They did send a replacment overnight free of charge ;). As you cannot expect perfect service all the time http://www.liveaquaria.com/ imo is the way to go. although i have not ordered from them some of my real life freinds had with great success. and with the 14 day gaurentee you should be able to get some good fish nd keep them alive.

I've never ordered livestock online, but from a dry stock perspective... I've had a recent situation with drsfostersmith where I ordered a piece of equipment that came in very broke. They shipped me another one, no questions asked, that was only slightly broke. They then went straight to the manufacturer to make them send me all the replacement parts.

This cost nothing extra out-of-pocket from me, and was not drsfostersmith's fault (the manufacturer was packing the equipment funny in THEIR boxes!)

I've gotten great steals from them ($1500 lighting fixtures for under $700, $500 monster kalk stirrers for $350, etc) and they get two thumbs up from me.

I've also ordered ALOT of gear from petsolutions over a couple years. One thing came in broke from them (bulbs shattered within fixture), and they rush-shipped new bulbs at no cost. Another time, they sent me the wrong item... (ordered an RODI unit and they shipped me a stripped down RO unit) took some arguing on this one and they wanted me to eat the return shipping on the unit they accidentally sent me. That was the last time I ordered from them.
