Freshwater Ich

Postby Tommy Gun » 09 Dec 2008, 21:17

Hello fellow Aquarium Addicts!

If there is any truth to the saying "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure", it definitely applies to freshwater ich. Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, or "Ich" (pronounced Ick) is arguably the most common problem we deal with in our freshwater aquariums so it certainly pays to be ready before you are faced with the problem. It is for this reason that Aquarium Addicts has developed these two videos which discuss the basics of both preventing and treating this parasite:
"In order to have a problem, you must first have potential"
