I used to have a really big carpet anemone and from what I remember, it was somewhat of a nuisance to my Xenia and a plate
coral I had at the time. Most of my problem was its size in relation to the amount of live rock I had but you should be ok if you can keep at least a couple inches of distance between your anemone and corals. That might take some close observations for a little while until your anemone finds the place it wants to hang out in. Mine seemed to enjoy the higher spots in the tank but as you know, that is dependent on variable like your lighting, water flow patterns, and such. I believe that these anemones can cause some problems for fish that like to rest on things alot...for example, I never found any real proof, but I the reason I traded the big anemone I had was because I suddenly lost a pair of mandarins and some neon gobies without any trace.
I've seen the electric green carpets and really would like to have one but I've never been able to talk my economic adviser into letting me buy one so I settled for the non-colored version.
